Joe Corbi Fundraiser

3/1/2010
As our spring break quickly approaches, thirty students in the Upper School and ten chaperones are preparing to travel to Franklin, West Virginia.  There they partner with the Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity and dedicate their week in service to the impoverished in the Appalachian Mountains.

This team of students has been preparing for the last several months and is asking for your help to fund the trip.  We are fund-raising to offset some the cost of accommodations at the Volunteer Center, SUV rentals and gas, food for the week and other expenses.  We are excited to announce that we are sponsoring a Joe Corbi’s fundraiser to help accomplish our goals and are asking you to consider purchasing Joe Corbi’s food items.

Joe Corbi offers a variety of frozen food items, ranging from pizza kits to cookie dough.  A percentage of each purchase will go to the organizing group.

  • You can also order online by visiting http://www.joecorbi.com/order/index.php and entering our group code OL28COUDSH in the first white box.  This code will be live starting Friday, February 26th.  This option allows you to pay online and have the items delivered directly to your home, which means out of town family and friends can use this option and still have their purchase benefit CDSSH.  There is no defined end date for orders online.
  • Or, contact Kelly Weber at kweber@cdssh.org for an order form

Purchasing food items from either method will benefit the group going to Appalachia over spring break.  We thank you in advance for supporting us as we travel to West Virginia to help build homes!

Any questions, please feel free to contact Ms. Kelly Weber at kweber@cdssh.org or speak with any of the seniors, juniors or sophomores that are attending the trip.
