  • We are excited Upper School teacher Kerri Schuster was selected to attend the National Endowment for the Humanities workshop on Emily Dickinson this summer in Amherst, MA. We look forward to her bringing back all that she learns about this American poet and integrating it into our American history curriculum.

  • Upper School Physics and Environmental Science teacher, Meg Tredinnick was selected as a Dow NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) Fellow.  We are excited for her to return from the 2014 National Conference in Boston with lots of wonderful ideas. More information on the conference here.

Country Day School of the Sacred Heart is an all-girls, Pre-K-12 independent Catholic, college preparatory school in Bryn Mawr, PA. Sacred Heart offers small class sizes while boasting an international campus through its membership in the Network of Sacred Heart Schools.  Offering a blend of rigorous academics, comprehensive electives, performing arts, integrated humanities and STEM curricula, AP courses, ten varsity PIAA sports, Diocesan Scholars program, leading-edge technology and meaningful community service, students have the opportunity to engage in all facets of a vibrant education. Young girls become empowered young women who are encouraged to take risks, reach beyond their comfort level and expect more from themselves as lifelong learners and responsive leaders.
